Description
- Gemtree thick board can be produced up to 50mm at one time instead of combining two boards.The fire doors using Gemtree thick board can achieve 1-hour, 2-hour and 4-huor fire rating.
- A 30mm-thick Gemtree board cut to door size, laminated or painted both surfaces and sealed around all edges, is a fire door after all hardware finished
- It is dimensionally stable and has a low thermal conductivity at a density of 1000kg/m3 reducing lahour cost, producting time and areas (200m2 area is enough for this type door processing).
- Steel fire door using Gemtree thick board is much easier than the above.
