- Sauvignon Blanc was first planted in Rueda over 40 years ago and from the beginning it thrived due to Rueda stony soils, allowing for fragrant and fresh wines, always as a single varietal never blended. Pale yellow with a tinge of green.
- It clearly shows delicate and characteristic varietal aromas like lime, grass, and elderflower. There are also notes of tropical fruit like pineapple and passion fruit. In the palate, it displays a crisp acidity and a bright citrus fruit character, coupled with tropical flavors. Medium-bodied and refreshing, with lingering floral and mineral flavors in the finish.
