Chiyokotobuki dedicates time and effort to brew this sake of the highest quality. The rice used for this product is special top-quality rice, Miyama-nishiki, which we grow in cooperation with a local sake-rice research group with reduced agrichemical use. Junmai-daiginjo Chiyokotobuki G type has an excellent taste with a clear, delicate aroma and a rich flavor working in harmony.
