"Kuro Isa Nishiki" was made by the black-koji(malt) boom. Made from premium sweet potato, black-koji and spring water, this shochu delivers distinctive flavor notes. Enjoy the gorgeous fragrance and rich flavor that are attributed to the black-koji.
