This light and elastic non-pneumatic tire is injection molded using a new light-elastic polymer material known as LCRB. LCRB is 20% more elastic than ordinary rubber and 30% lighter than ordinary rubber. This tire has good stability and aging resistance, good resistance to ozone, acid rain and ultraviolet light, and is not easy to crack naturally.  It is suitable for use in complex environments.  When impacted during use, this tire has a certain degree of resilience to reduce the impact on the wheel hub and offers better filter vibration to ensure comfortable riding.  The material can be recycled, which solves the shortcomings of un-recyclable traditional rubber and greatly improves the utilization efficiency of the material.
