This LED head lamp uses a Cree white LED and can provide up to 250 lumens. It can provide an adjustable spot-to-flood beam by twisting the lens ring and offers 5 lighting modes to satisfy different lighting needs. The head lamp has an adjustable headband to ensure a comfortable fit and is excellent as a heads-free light source for outdoor activities.
