Domestic scallops were slowly and carefully seasoned and baked in Hokkaido. Because we use a scallop of the large drop of size, the texture is soft but tough and chewy when the food is put in the mouth. In addition, it is superior in usableness because we have adopted the individual package type which is convenient for a subdivision.
