Prototyping

EPower Corp provides you with cost effective and fast development cycles by making prototypes. Prototypes are used to verify the design, analyze for process and fabrication improvements during DFMA and for possible cost down projects.

Tooling Design

For custom parts, we design tools to optimize your costs and part output. During design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), we also provide changes for certain parts so they can be properly tooled.

Pilot Run

EPower Corp’s pilot run is done to validate production using the exact materials and processes for production. The goal of the pilot run is to work out all of the early bottlenecks and to have a smooth transition into mass production.
