Q1. What's your MOQ? Can I order small order QTY at the first time?

  A: For new customers, small order QTY is accepted at the first time. And the bigger quantity you place, thebetter price we can offer.

Q2. Can I place some samples for testing and checking before placing the order?

  A:Yes, you are warmly welcome to take the samples.

Q3. Which payment term?

  A:Usuall we prefer L/C, T/T for mass order, and Paypal for samples. 
Q4. How many years do you guarantee for your products?

  A: For most of our products, we can offer 3 years warranty; For commercial light, 2 years warranty.

Q5. Can you do ODM, OEM products?

  A: Yes, ODM, OEM order is accepted.

Q6. How to proceed an order for lighting product?

  A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.  
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. 
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. 
Fourthly We arrange the production.
