- White pale, clean and transparent.
- Well intensity of aroma. Very fruity bouquet with the varietal hints and tones of white fruits and aromatic herbs. Well balanced and smooth with an appropriate acidity and an touch of sweetness.
- White wines are obtained after a light pressing of the grapes and subsequent removal of solids in the must which is fermented slowly at controlled temperature in order to extract from the grape all its qualities of aroma, flavour and colour.
