This bottle of Portuguese sparkling wine has fine and persistent bubbles with a generous necklace of mousse. With a bright straw yellow color, this bubbly is exuberant and has exotic aromas of mango and pineapple with complex hints of cookie and toasted bread. On the palate, the fruit attack is sublime and rich. The acidity is very well-balanced. It finishes long, generous and complex.
