This sparkling wine has a lemon color with green tones. With very fine and persistent bubbles, this wine has fresh aromas with notes of citrus fruit, green apple and orange-tree leaf as well as some hints of yeast and minerality. On the palate, it is complex with notes of fruit, brioche and fresh butter. The flavor is soft and creamy with a very fresh and persistent finish.
