Refund/ exchange for wrong or missing products

VICACCI can only exchange the same value as other Vicacci’s merchandise. The purchased products can be replaced for a new ones that may be due to VICACCI, such as when the products do not have the promised essential characteristics or have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.

Full refund/ exchange for product defeats 

Full refund for no product received in our default delivery time. A product can only be exchanged one time upon presentation of a sales memo within 7 days of purchase. The shipping cost is for the customer’s account. No exchange on merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered. Items sold on sales or special discounts are non-exchangeable. In case of disputes, Vicacci reserves the final right of decision.
