MINO-IBICHA GELATO used 100 % of Matcha (Powdered green tea) made by Ibigun Gifu pref. Balance of Matcha astringency and bitterness and milk flavor is excellent. This gelato was used by first leaves tea. We never use artifical flavoring, preservatives, coloring agents. You can enjoy tea time very much. Also served in peace with small children.
