- The appearance: it is a wine with a bold color, bright sparkling with thousands of small bubbles that pervade the foam and exit crackling in the glass.
- The olfactory perception: it is very intense and engaging, it carries you and makes you think about sage but then it takes you flying to the elders and limes, flowers with a final dive that will make your nose soaked in white fruits.
