Description
The bimetal disc with geometrical configuration is the essential part of BR thermal protectors and no other assistant parts are applied. The bimetal is sensitive to temperature and current. When it reaches the acting temperature, the bimetal disc will act rapidly and cut off the circuit. When it reaches the closing temperature preset, the bimetal disc will return to its initial status and the circuit will be on. It features an advanced structure, a high contact capacity, a long-cycle life, etc. The open temperature of BR-B2D ranges from 50°C to 150°C in 5°C increments. The open temperature tolerance is ±5°C.

  • Waterproof construction.
  • Maximum contact rating: 5A, AC 250V; 8A, AC 125V.
  • Lead wire: UL3266 20# white; customized cables are also available.
