Natura acetate is intended for sustainable eyewear: it is made of bio-content and fully biodegradable.
The end result is the same as regular acetate, either handmade or injection.
Bio-based:
Natura acetate is made from vegetal sources such as cotton linters or wood pulp.
The final content of Natura attributable to natural origin exceeds 50%, according to ISO 16620 standard.
Biodegradable:
Natura acetate can be broken down naturally by the activity of microorganisms.
The degree of biodegradation of Natura exceeds 90% after 120 days of incubation, according to ISO 14855 standard.
