We have recently completed the Thermal Conductivity Measurement performed by The Printed Circuit Board Technology Center of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
 
The thermal conductivity value of our 1.0mm MCPCB recorded up to 16.98W/mk, it concluded that “This indicates a good heat transfer property for the MCPCB samples”, details as per attached.

2) Aluminum thickness: 0.4mm, Thermal Conductivity: 2.5W/m*k
