Jiangxi Ninghong Group Co., Ltd. is a China Time‑Honored Brand and a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization. Its predecessor, Xiushui Tea Factory, was founded in 1949.

In 2011, upon the introduction by the CPC Xiushui County Committee and Xiushui County People’s Government, Beijing Gengxiang Tea Group carried out integration and restructuring, leading to the formal registration of Jiangxi Ninghong Group Co., Ltd. The registered capital stands at RMB 26 million. Headquartered in Ninghong Black‑Tea Cultural Industrial Park on South Xia Road of Xiushui County, the park covers an area of 160 mu with a construction area of 60,000 square meters.

In product development, Ninghong Group keeps exploring and develops market‑oriented tea products to meet market demands.
