VINIFICAZIONE: Soft decantazione pressatura e statica a bassa temperatura. L'inoculo di lieviti selezionati nel vino è seguita da fermentazione e affinamento in un anno vecchie botti, di cui il 20% nuove.
INVECCHIAMENTO: serbatoi di acciaio inox
COLORE: Giallo dorato con forte riflessi verdi
PROFUMO: intenso e piacevolmente fruttato
SAPORE: Agrumi e sapore di albicocca
