This premium sake comes with a rich body that flaunts the mellowness and raciness of daiginjo-shu. The water used is drawn from the groundwater of Kiso River. Fermented at a low temperature in the coldest period which is the best season for preparing sake, Nyukon is brewed carefully to satisfy your palate with an excellent aftertaste.
