Tasting notes:
A medium-orange wine with bronze highlights and high viscosity. Notes of tea blend with aromas of orange peel and a hint of vanilla. The palate is rich, featuring well-structured, smooth tannins complemented by a lively acidity. The finish is of medium length, combining notes of vanilla—derived from high-quality oak—with nuances of jam and rum.
Winemaking
The Chardonnay grapes were macerated and fermented with their skins for approximately 14 days. The resulting wine was then transferred to French oak barrels, where it aged for 18 months. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.
