Made with grapes indigenous to the  Emilia Romagna region, the Posca Bianca is fruity and fresh. It has layers of aroma and flavor, ranging from elderberry, white peach, gooseberry to earthy notes, and finally finishes with a faintly bitter aftertaste. With its great acidity and fresh minerality, this well-structured wine would be an excellent companion to mushroom risotto.
