Laminated cushion pads are specifically designed to be use in the production of hard and soft type PC board in replacement of traditional Kraft paper during lamination (hot press) process.
The pads are composed of silicone reinforced fiberglass layer laminated together to provide excellent shock absorbent property and works well against heavy compression during production.
Its thick and firm surface is good for abrasion endurance and chemical reagent resistance.
Product comes in two standard colors with different dimension and thickness.
Replacement for traditional kraft paper during heavy compressing process in both hard and soft type PCB production.
High and low temperature and compression endurance.
Long life expectancy, can be used repeatedly under harsh environment.
