Our PEAR SPIRIT is made from Clapp, Williams and Conference pear varieties. The source of the fruit for this distillate was the Polabská nížina in Litoměřice and the surroundings of Děčín. We de-stemmed the pears by hand, crushed them, let them ferment properly, and the result is a pure, fine pear spirit, which, moreover, matured for several months in an oak barrel, acquired not only a golden color, but also an unmistakable taste and smell of oak wood.

Since May 13, 2020, our PEAR SPIRIT from oak barrel has been the holder of the CZECH SAXO SWITZERLAND regional product brand.

We recommend storing and consuming at a temperature of around 18 °C. At temperatures below approx. 8 °C, slight cloudiness will occur due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, so do not put in the refrigerator or perhaps in the freezer. You are needlessly depriving yourself of its aroma and taste.
