PT1000 Temperature Sensor For Heat Meter

TSC household type temperature sensor pair are connected at one end to the temperature ball valve/pipe and the other end directly to the heat meter. Cable length of the paired temperature sensor can not be cut.

Heat meter RTD is specially used for temperature measurement in closed pipe system. It is mounted in protection sleeve or ball valves and can be replaced without emptying the system after the end of the certification period. 
The temperature sensor usually adopts a 2-wire PT100 RTD according to EN60751, Class B. PT500 and PT1000 also can be offered. 

Remark: The certification conforms to Federal Legal Document No. 28 of 1st, August, 1996. 

PT1000 temperature sensor instructions: 
1. Temperature sensor of ultrasonic heat meter has two pieces (inlet and outlet). The one with red label should be mounted on inlet pipe, while the other one with blue label should be mounted on outlet pipe. Mounting position of the temperature probe should be in the center of the pipeline cross-section. 
2. Standard wire length of temperature sensor is 1.5m, and it can be lengthened according to actual length in case of special situation when mounting, but the manufacture must be informed before ordering, and the leading wire can not be casually increased or decreased.
