This is a non-toxic PVC evolved little dragon toy. It drags its clumsy body and has wing-shaped wings, allowing it to have adventures in the air. 

When viewed from the front, it somewhat resembles a frog, while from the back, it looks a bit like a ladybug and a small crocodile.
