Wine: This is a Rosé wine made with Cabernet 50%, Syrah 50% using méthode saignée which means that first-run juice is used after leaving it soaked on the grape skins for only 4 hours, which gives the wine its color pink.

Producer notes: The name Pinksy is chosen in honor of the Syrah grape which gives this spicy wine a personality of its own.
