Description
The Pinot Grigio has an intense straw yellow color with gold-copper glints. It is vinified in an Alsatian style. The aroma is harmonic, intensively fruity and pleasant that evolves to exotic fruits like bananas and mangos.
- Sweetness: dry.
- Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio.
- A.B.V.: 13%.
- Food pairing: soups, boiled meats and poultry, spicy and ripe cheese or cold appetizers.
