Description
The Stary Oleder is the first long maturing cheese to be produced in Poland. The maturing period lasts for 6 months or more. This cheese in a color of noble amber is characterized by an intensive aroma and taste of ripe fruits, with detectable traces of slightly hot spices and walnuts. It should be crumbled and served at an ambient temperature. The Stary Oleder is a perfect match for barreled dry wine and long-maturing medium-dry wine.
