The two types of green tea are specially made for use in restaurants. One is "Mellow", which is rich in its aroma and has a rather heavy taste. The other is "Green Refresh", which owns a very refreshing green aroma like green grass.
- "Mellow" is from matured green tea.
- Water color is dark greenish yellow.
- Good after greasy foods such as sushi, tempura, takinku, etc.
- "Green Refresh": less bitterness and lighter taste make it good for pre-dinner drink.
- Also good for light foods or Japanese confectionery.
