Tasting notes
- It has a light strawyellowwith greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. To the nose has seductive aromas of wisteria’s and acacia’s flowers, sweet smells of pear, apricot and peach; it keeps elegant and delicate sensation. To the palate is has a wide aromatic expression that progressively shows fresh, tasty, lively notes.
- Its soft freshness makes it a very sweet wine, is has worldwide become the most favorite aperitif it matches perfectly with appetizers and finger food but it is good also for an entire meal. With antipastos (fish tartar, eggs and salad cakes, S. Daniele ham), with starters (pasta with fish, pasta with vegetable sauce, vegetable soups), with main courses, mainly of fish (shellfish, fresh fish, sea fruits), but also with fresh cheeses. Great with dry desserts.
