This refreshing sparkling wine comes with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its fine grain and persistent perlage are accompanied by intense fragrance of ripe rennet apples, spring herbs and flowers. Its dry and smooth taste features a delightful touch of citrus. This wine goes exceptionally well with freshwater mollusks, river fish dishes and raw fish dishes.
