The rubber powder is produced from used tyres .

First we cut the used tyre into blocks then crush the blocks into powder and then we seperate the steel and fibre ,finally the product is called rubber powder or crumb rubber .

This product can be used for many kinds of rubber products material like conveyor belt , new tyres , solid tyre etc ,also now many countries use it for road construction, to increase the wear resistance ,another side the material cost is very low .

we also can suppluy un-devulcanized rubber powder ,it is recovered 70% nearly to natural rubber.
