This Satrico Lazio IGT 2010 comes with a perfect blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon and 20% Trebbiano Giallo grapes. The grapes are harvested just as they begin to ripen and are vinified separately to ensure that the fresh, distinctive aromas of each variety come through in the final blend. Only the very best bunches are selected and after a careful soft-pressing the free-run juice is separated from the skins.
