Product Description:
Weidun® 002 Self-adhesive Membrane is a self-adhesive bituminous sheet waterproofing membrane. It's based on an SBS modified bitumen compound on a PE or aluminum film, formulated for hot and tropical climates.
Uses:
Weidun® WD002 Self-adhesive Membrane is designed for the exterior of external walls and re-cover applications, as well as for the construction of any kind of roof waterproofing system. It is safer to apply since no open flame is required.
Advantages:
Durability - The membrane combines the strength of fiberglass reinforcement with the elongation characteristics of SBS modified bitumen.
Cold apply - No torch or open flame required.
Save labor - rolls out flatter and provides easy installation.
Lighter weight - The membrane weighs less than 4.5 kg per square meter.

Note: Bitumen primer or cement mortar must be applied to the surface before the Self-adhesive membrane is used.
Storage and Handling:
To prevent damage, support rolls on end in an upright position and store in a clean, dry location, covering as necessary to protect from environmental damage. Monitor environmental conditions during storage, handling, and application.
