V-Trust provide different kinds off shipment inspection services to meet your needs in quality control. During Production Inspection (DPI) is performed when around 30% of an order has been completed. It can uncover problems during actual production and ensure that contractual obligations are being met.
It also helps you determine whether the production process is on schedule. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is carried out when production is 100% finished and at least 80% of the products are packed.
Samples are selected for checking at random according to AQL sampling standards and procedures, to ensure that finished goods conform to your specifications.
During container loading supervision (CLS), V-Trust's inspector monitors the loading process, verifying product quantity, container condition and ensuring the proper handling of your cargo.
