Northeast Black Bee Snow Honey is produced in Raohe County, Heilongjiang Province and the surrounding Wandashan area. It is brewed from wild purple oak nectar collected by Northeast Black Bee (one of the world's four excellent bee species). The flowering period of the oak tree is only 15-20 days (around July), and the honey source is pure and pollution-free. Thanks to the cold temperate climate and primitive forest environment, honey is particularly precious.

Snow honey is sweet and not greasy, with a faint scent of oak flowers, no bitterness, and rich in glucose, fructose, enzymes, and minerals (calcium, iron, etc.), making it easier to absorb.
