- Grape: Chardonnay 70%, Fiano 30%
- Origin: South-West Sicily, Menfi (Agrigento)
- Soil: Medium clay soil
- Yeld/hectare: 8.000 Kg
- Density/hectare: 4.000 – 4.500 plants
- Altitude: 150 – 300 mt (above sea level)
- Wineyard exposure: South-South East
- Vinification: grape cryomaceration, fermentation: Fiano in steel tanks at 16-18° C, Chardonnay in barriques.
- Aging and Refinement: 3 months in steel tanks with controlled temperature (10° C),
- then 3 months in bottle
- Alcohol: 14%
- Colour: straw yellow, with greenish highlights
- Bouquet: hints of orange peels and prickly pear that match well with highlights of oleander flowers, sage and tomato leaves
- Taste: strong, with good structure and mineral taste, persistent
- Serving temperature: 10° - 12° C
