South Australia Adelaide Hills Chardonnay
- Chardonnay is the Queen of White grape varieties, it is the base to sparkling and ours is no exception. In Western wine culture this is a premium wine for foods with spices, bold flavours and seafood. Served Chilled this is a perfect wine to also enjoy on a balmy evening.
- It is nurtured on the vineyard and gently pressed to preserve the essence of this fine fruit. It is developed in cool controlled fermentation with no oak.
- The result is a straw yellow color with pale green hues.
- It is a wine of pure varietal characters citrus and stone fruit with lifted herbaceous overtones.
- A balanced palate with a fresh acidity and crisp finish.
- Contains Sulphites naturally occurring - no added chemicals or thinner
