Description
The bottle of sparkling nigorizake is brewed from rice and rice Koji only to give a clean sweet taste. Carbonic acid gas is generated naturally by bottle fermentation. This high-quality sparkling nigorizake should be served chilled like the bubbly champagne.
- Grade: Junumai-shu (sparkling)
- Net content: 250ml.
- Alcohol: 8-9%.
- Sake Meter: +-55.
- Acidity: 2.3.
- Serve at 4-6°C.
