Staining kit for spermatozoan morphology (Diff-Quik rapid staining method)
The kit is mainly used for evaluating the characteristics of human sperm morphology. It can also be used for the detection of sperm morphology of other mammals.
 
Features:

• A method recommended by WHO is adopted in the kit. Faster and easier-to-use than conventional modified Papanicolaou stain method.
• Staining is done in the special slide barrel. Simple and easy to use.
• Stable with a storage life up to 2 years.
• 3×100 ml or 3×500 ml per kit. Meet the need of batch testing.

 
Applications in clinic:

• The lower the percentage of spermatozoa with normal morphology in semen, the less the fertility opportunity, and the greater the probabilities of abortion, fetal maldevelopment and stillbirth; when the TZI>1.6, it may cause the fertility problem, and therefore resulting in the infertility; as the data from the assisted reproductive technology shows, when SDI>1.6, the in-vitro fertilization rates decrease.
