The T140 Humanoid Robot Reference Solution stands 140 cm tall and is constructed using Ti5's independently developed new-generation lightweight joint modules. With a self-weight of only 38 kg, it can achieve a single-arm payload of 2 kg and features 42 degrees of freedom (DoF) across the whole body. Equipped with a binocular camera and powered by an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB as the controller, the robot’s leg joints can deliver a maximum torque of 217 N·m.

It integrates servo control, motor drive, force sensing, precision transmission, and efficient thermal management technologies into a compact and lightweight design, distinguishing it from conventional humanoid robots. Combined with voice interaction capabilities, the T140 is well-suited for applications in education, training, and home companionship scenarios.
