- Texas Revenge Gin is a mild, not too dry Gin. It is made from our Texas Prickly Pear Cactus mash and distilled with locally harvested Texas Ashe Juniper berries, cinnamon stick, orange peel and lemon peel.
- Because it does not contain corn or grain, it is uniquely fresh and light. The limited number of botanicals keep our "sipping gin" from being too busy or overwhelming. Texas Revenge Gin can be enjoyed straight on ice, with a splash of tonic, or in a cocktail such as a gimlet.
