Tieguanyin is one of the best-known tea from China. This tea was grown on a 70-degree slope at 3,300 feet on the mountains of Anxi, Fujian. Roasted for eleven hours and then finished for a few hours over charcoal, it offers a darker color than the local standard. The resulting depth of flavor has notes of peach and other stone fruits.
