The wine is golden in color, with a delightful aroma reminiscent of rose petals and sweet citrus peel. This aromatic profile carries through to the palate, where it is supported by a touch of sweetness from contact with acacia wood, culminating in a spicy finish. It is aged on yeast lees in acacia barrels using the sur-lie method.
