Overload Detection 

  1) Input Voltage Check Function

      When an input voltage is lower than a setting voltage, error occurs.

  2) Over Current Check Function

      When an over current flows in, an over current is protected.

  3) Phase Change Check

      When a phase change occurs due to an overload, error occurs.

Cooling Type (Option)

The ultrasonic generator has three control methods of cooling air supply.

  1) Air supply is provided only when the switch is pressed (during oscillation).

  2) Air supply starts from the moment the delay time timer begins and continues

      for the duration of the set air supply time.

  3) The air supply begins immediately after the welding time timer ends and continues

       for the duration of the set air supply time.

Welding Good/Bad Judgment Function (Option)
In energy mode and time mode, the system independently checks the welding condition

and determines whether it is good or bad based on the given conditions.

The communication function allows management of welding data through

the communication interface.
