This is junmai sake — made without added alcohol that should be regarded as the origin of the Japanese sake in our sake brewery. It is junmai sake born in the land of Musashino, with its abundant nature blessed with light, gentle wind, and high quality water. The expansive fruity flavor, fresh permeating deliciousness, and clean finish are characteristic of our sake brewery’s junmai sake.
