Umeshu Oh is a Japanese liqueur made from steeping ume fruits in shochu and sugar. Large-sized ume fruits are used to make umeshu and then the umeshu was kept in the cask for 4-5 years. The umami and sweet flavors are hard to resist even for people who normally dislike alcohol.
