Varietal: 100% Torrontes Riojano Vineyard: Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo – Mendoza (950 MASL) Vineyard Management: trellis Irrigation: dripping Harvest: hand-picked in March and it is carried in bins of 300 kgs Elaboration process: Selected harvest, soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Fermentation and stabilization in stainless steel tanks. Aging: Stainless steel tanks. 4 months in bottle. Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color with steeled hues. In the nose it displays mineral and flower notes, typical of this variety. In the mouth it is light, fresh and well balanced. Very aromatic wine, with fresh finish and lightly unctuous. Serving temperature: 8° C – 10° C
